Regardless of what is written in the existing law, the relevant services, groups, sub-groups and ranks or levels of the Union Service posts that become vacant after the adjustment of employees in accordance with Section 19, Sub-Section (1) The positions of the government employees will be filled only in the remaining posts of the union.
